1.Design Confirmation
Coordinate requirements, finalize the gift box dimensions, packing box，craftsmanship, color scheme, and layout, produce renderings and die-cut templates, and proceed to the next stage upon confirmation.
2.CCD PS PLATE
Produce printing plates based on the finalized document, calibrate colors and dots to ensure subsequent printing features clear images and precise, stable color registration.
3.Paper Cutting
Cut the raw paper according to the specifications of the gift box, packing box，take precise sized blanks, remove defective paper, and prepare the substrate for the printing process.
4. Offset Printing
Use printing plates to print graphics and text on the surface of paper, strictly control color sequence and ink volume, and restore the color, text, and pattern effects of the design draft.
5.Laminated Process
Composite laminated/special paper with the printing surface to enhance the wear resistance and waterproof performance of the gift box, and improve the surface texture and glossiness.
6.Corrugating
Fit the needs of laminating corrugated core paper and surface paper to enhance the stiffness, cushioning and compression resistance of the gift box, and adapt to load-bearing and protective requirements.
7. Automatic Die Cutting
Roll out the contour of the gift box ，packing box according to the outline of the blade, including the structure of the handle and window, and press out the line marks to facilitate subsequent folding and shaping, ensuring that the box shape is neat.
8. Automatic Pasting
Align the box pieces along the preset creases, apply special adhesive to bond the interface, compact and shape to ensure that the box body is square and firm without glue peeling.
9. Packing
Finished gift box ，packing box quality inspection and sorting, regular packaging and protection, labeling and identification, proper packaging to avoid transportation collision and damage, waiting for shipment.
